A useful framework for policy and political discussions. In our current circumstances, I do feel our corporate and entrepreneurial sectors need to step up in their own right to create autonomous economic development. My gut rant is that this sector has been lazy, complacent and risk adverse. The sector prescriptions are for some form of benefit through a lower tax burden, regulatory change of guarantees, all with a track record of failing to deliver. I now have a better framework to be more thoughtful in my rants. Thanks.
